Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing GetMyFame. We aim to ensure a transparent, fair transaction process. This Refund Policy describes the terms and rules regarding order cancellations, payment refunds, and account balance adjustments.

1. Wallet Funds Deposits

All funds added to your GetMyFame wallet (via UPI, QR scans, or Cryptocurrency deposit channels) are final. We do not support cash-outs or refunds directly back to your payment cards, bank accounts, or crypto addresses once a deposit has been successfully credited. Deposited funds must be utilized inside the dashboard for placing panel orders.

2. Automatic Refund on Order Failures

If a social media growth order fails to process, is blocked, or cannot be successfully completed by the SMM provider, our system will automatically process a refund. The value of the undelivered portion of the order is credited back to your dashboard account balance instantly. You can use this returned balance to retry the order or select alternative services.

4. Delivery Fluctuations and Drops

Engagement drop rates vary based on social network algorithms. Some services include a refill warranty (specified in the service description). If drops occur within the refill window, you can submit a support ticket to request a top-up. No cash or balance refunds will be issued for normal organic drop behaviors.

5. Disputes and Chargebacks

By making a deposit, you agree not to open disputes or chargebacks against us. Opening a dispute before raising a ticket with our support desk will lead to an immediate ban of your dashboard account, forfeiture of all wallet balance, and cancelation of active campaigns.
